Julie Keenan leads projects focused on operational transformation and program integration and retrenchment. She has directed a private foundation that supported programs in environmental protection, early childhood education and public policy, and has experience designing and operating welfare reform programs for the City of New York. Julie holds a BS from Duke and an MBA from Stanford.
