Allen Kraus, IMPLEXhealth’s director, designs and manages campaigns to reduce cost, increase volume, improve quality and repair operations. He has led and consulted with health and human service organizations throughout the country. Allen offers a leader’s perspective, having served as chief operating officer of a hospital system, general manager of a $3b human service agency, and president and principal of consulting businesses. His education and training includes a BA from Dartmouth College, a master’s degree from Harvard, and training in negotiation and leadership development.
