Jay Westwater, JD, MD, FACEP, provides expert consulting on clinical and health care organizational problems. Jay is an emergency department medical director and consultant who is expert at patient revenue cycle, patient flow, physical expansion projects, care management, and implementation of observation and other programs. Jay has governance experience within integrated health care systems. He earned an MD from the University of Virginia and a JD from Georgetown University.
