Julie manages operational change projects for child welfare, child care and other programs. She has directed a private foundation that supported programs in environmental protection, early childhood education and public policy, and has experience designing and operating human service programs for the City of New York. Julie has a BS in engineering from Duke and an MBA from Stanford.
